The Agency provides a private social introduction and matchmaking coordination service intended solely to facilitate voluntary communication between adult individuals.

The Agency:

• does not act as a marriage broker
• does not arrange marriages
• does not guarantee romantic or marital outcomes
• does not provide immigration, relocation, or visa services

Participation in the Service does not imply any promise of marriage, cohabitation, or long-term relationship success.

No Immigration or Relocation Assistance

The Agency does not provide legal, immigration, relocation, sponsorship, or visa assistance. Any relocation decisions between participants occur independently and outside the Agency’s responsibility.

Independent Adults Clause

All participants communicate and make personal decisions independently. The Agency does not supervise private communication or personal meetings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service or submitting personal information, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The Agency provides private introductions between adult individuals. The Service includes profile evaluation, compatibility coordination, and voluntary introductions. The Agency is not a dating platform, marriage broker, or immigration consultant.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. The Agency may refuse participation at its discretion.

4. Payments

Fees are charged for introduction services only. Payments may be accepted via cryptocurrency, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payments compensate time, coordination, and profile evaluation. No guarantee of introductions or outcomes is provided.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Agency does not guarantee number of matches, emotional compatibility, relationship success, marriage, or relocation. Compatibility depends solely on personal interaction between participants.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to harass participants, request financial transfers, or misrepresent identity. Violation may result in removal without refund.

7. Profile Publication

Profiles may be shared privately, anonymously, and with consent only. Users may request removal at any time.

8. Meetings Between Participants

All meetings occur independently. The Agency is not responsible for personal safety, travel arrangements, or private agreements. Participants assume personal responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for emotional outcomes, financial losses, fraud between participants, or relocation decisions.

10. Termination

The Agency may terminate participation where misconduct or risk is suspected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
