The Agency provides private matchmaking and introduction services between adult individuals.

2. Age Restriction

The Service is strictly available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect or process data of minors.

• International male clients (Australia, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, UAE and other countries)
• Female participants (primarily from Ukraine and other CIS countries)

All participants must confirm they are 18+.

Verification Data

• Video verification (required for male participants)
• Extended questionnaire (men)
• Female participants submit a profile form without mandatory video verification

We do not request passport copies and do not collect identity documents.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Matching and introduction between participants
• Communication and coordination between potential partners
• Internal evaluation of compatibility
• Optional consultation with a project psychologist (limited relevant information only)
• Content creation for marketing purposes (without photos and only with explicit consent)

We do not sell personal data.

6. Publication of Profiles

Male Profiles

Male profiles may be published in a private Telegram channel:

• Only with prior consent
• Optionally anonymous (without photo)
• Higher service fee may apply for anonymous publication

Female Profiles

Female profiles are published only with their explicit consent and may be removed at any time upon request. Users may request profile deletion at any time.

7. Payment Information

We accept payments via:

• Cryptocurrency
• PayPal
• European bank transfers

We do not store or process credit card details. We receive only confirmation of completed payment from the payment provider.

8. Data Storage & Security

• Data is currently stored on a personal secured computer
• No CRM system is currently in use
• Access to personal data is restricted solely to the Agency owner
• Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data

Data is stored until: (a) the participant finds a match, or (b) the participant requests withdrawal from the Service. Upon request, data can be deleted.

9. International Data Processing

As the Service operates internationally, personal data may be processed across multiple jurisdictions. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed in a country different from your country of residence. Where applicable, we aim to follow principles consistent with GDPR and relevant data protection standards.

10. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• With other participants for the purpose of introduction
• With a project psychologist (limited information only)
• When legally required

Currently, no external analytics or advertising systems process user profile data.

11. Marketing & Testimonials

We may use anonymous testimonials for marketing purposes. Names and photos will not be used without explicit consent. Future targeted content creation using profile characteristics will occur only without photos, without identifying details, and with user consent.

12. User Rights

Participants have the right to:

• Request access to their data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their profile
• Withdraw consent at any time

Requests may be submitted via direct message through official communication channels.

13. Complaints & Safety

Although no formal complaints have been received to date, we reserve the right to suspend or remove participants in cases of suspected fraud, harassment, or misconduct, and to refuse service at our discretion. We are not responsible for the behavior of participants outside the scope of our introduction service.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Agency provides introduction services only. We do not guarantee relationship success, compatibility, marriage, or relocation outcomes. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or published on the website.
